After winning a contract by the Greater Amman Municipality for 100 buses earlier this year, Otokar received a new order for 23 Vectio and 12 Kent buses, which will be delivered in the spring of 2019.
Serdar Görgüç, General Manager, Otokar, said, "We are delighted to see that the buses we produce by focusing on user expectations and considering their needs continue to be admired in various markets, and to receive repeat orders from the same regions. This year we signed important export deals, particularly in Europe, with the biggest being the 400-bus order by the Bucharest Municipality. The second biggest order came from the Greater Amman Municipality for 100 buses, which we recently delivered. Now receiving a new order for 35 additional buses is an important reference for us, proving that we are producing the right products and providing excellent service. I hope the agreement will be beneficial for the people of Amman."
