As the Talent Acquisition and Business Partnership Team, we support the sustainable success of the organization through continuous innovation, strong communication, data-driven decision-making, high candidate experience, and employee engagement.

Recruitment: To ensure a systematic and impartial recruitment process at Otokar, candidates undergo specific stages, including English Proficiency Tests, Personality Inventories, and Aptitude Tests. The evaluation process includes interviews with the Talent Acquisition & Business Partnership Team and relevant department managers.

Business Partnership Meetings: We maintain close contact with all our teams. We set meeting agendas together with our colleagues and answer their questions directly.

GearUP Visionary: Through our GearUP Visionary Program, where we evaluate final-year university students and recent graduates, we raise the engineers and leaders of the future.
